commitment services and we love everyone! We know all the right people,
places and ways to do it right. We will give you way too many choices but you
made the right one with the love of your life and we are your right choice
to help make your wedding plans come true!
You must have a wedding
license first from LA or TX . We do not sale them. Go to any Parish Clerk of
Court or in New Orleans1450 Poydras St., suite 407 from 8 AM to 3:30 PM Monday
thru Friday. If a holiday falls on a Saturday they are closed the Friday
before and if it falls on the Sunday then they are closed the Monday after
(but call and make sure because it does change sometimes.)
Saturday and Sunday all license
issuing offices in the State are CLOSED!
We will sign your 72 hour waver for you free (we co-authored the law.)

length is 15-20 minutes. If you need witnesses the charge is $25 per person
(most Parishes require 2, a few need 3.)
Monday through Thursday 11AM to last booking 3:30 PM.
Not
available on Friday's, Weekends or Holidays. Credit card required
to hold appointment if paying cash the day of
ceremony, if you do not show up you will be charged.
Thank you for
understanding that do to bookings Rev. Tony may or may not be available for
the short weddings. He plans and helps with set-up for the larger weddings.
He makes weddings happen romantically perfect and Officiate them.

We do not want you waiting outside for a wedding to be over or even more
then one wedding to be over! We ask for those that just want to
come see the chapel to give us at least 1 hour notice! Thank you

Rates
We copy your license and include your 72 hour wavier (free)
and we give the originals to the couple before leaving for mailing.
A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE
deposit is required a time of booking. Balances are due approximately
21 days before scheduled wedding
date. Please specify date when paying by check or money order.
All prices are subject to a 9.75% TAX
Couples say, "it is just the 2 of us, is that the
least expensive you have to offer?" The time booked is the same
regardless if it is only the Bride and Groom or up to 15 guests.
We do understand couples may or may not have guests at their wedding,
but our ceremonies costs are based on the time of day and day of week;
holiday rates apply and are more expensive. We offer a variety of
ceremonies and amenities to fit everyone's budget. We are the only
wedding chapel in the French Quarter for over 11 years, changing laws to
make getting your license easier and a lot more.

Guests at Various Locations.

PLEASE READ BEFORE
BOOKING INTO CHAPEL.
Due to high demand, additional time must be requested in advance. Each additional 30 minutes is $135.00. Any guests arriving
more then 15 minutes prior to scheduled ceremony time will be considered
an extra 1/2 hour and will be charged accordingly. It is the wedding
couple's responsibility to let their guests know of arrival times. Early
arrival will be considered extra time. Standing capacity of chapel is
35-40, at other locations there is no extra charge by us.
You may have as many guests as you like at
outdoor locations.
The Chapel will hold 35 guests plus couple.
It is $450 for couple and 15 guests for one hour (it does not take a
hour for the wedding.) We know that the time to start can very because
of traffic, parking and other things can delay a wedding from start
time.
An additional $135 for 16 to 35 guests, small children are considered
guests. An additional 30 minutes is included, if needed, with the added
cost.
Responsibilities
when children are in attendance!
Each child must be supervised by one adult. We want children to be
included in every couple's wedding. If children are not attended
to by responsible adults, the child/children and responsible adult will
be asked to leave the chapel. The chapel is furnished with very
expensive antiques and the wedding couple will be held responsible for
any damage caused either by a child or any invited guests. The charge to
replace an item will be automatically charged to the couple's
credit/debit card. If wedding couple refused to compensate for damages
caused by their guests, legal council will be secured by The French
Quarter Wedding Chapel. We truly love to have wedding couple's and
family's children attend, however, we want to make sure our chapel and
contents are kept intact after the wedding ceremony. We have experiences
valuable losses because guests of the wedding couple were a little over
zealous and items got broke. We were not reimbursed for the items and we
feel we need to let couples know their responsibilities when inviting
guests.
If the wedding couple are bringing their children and there are no
adults to watch them, we are able to provide a responsible adult during
their time in the chapel. The fee for the sitter is $25.00, two
children maximum per sitter. If you do not hire a sitter when an adult
is not present to attend to the child, we can not take the booking.
This requirement only applies for ceremonies held in the chapel.
Infants in strollers who are not walking yet do not need a sitter.
All prices are subject to a 9.75% TAX.
Gratuities are not
included in any prices.
All weddings plus services totaling more then$1,250 will have a added
20% Gratuity
(not including hotel or food costs.)
We use the best companies and individuals for all our weddings, it has
taken years to compile our vendor list. Please do not ask us for our
contacts on services that we offer! We make all arrangements for
your wedding needs. . |

Anywhere, Anytime!
Any services requested outside of
what we offer on our rates page is subject to wedding planning fees.
This also includes excessive emails and/or phone calls.
If the
ceremony is held anywhere throughout the French Quarter the
price is the same. We also hold the chapel as a back-up in case of
rain at no additional cost. For any reason
reverend is needed to go to a second location there will be a $60 charge.
For
more then 2 miles travel for second location there will also be a travel charge of $60.00
or up.

If you tell anyone you are planning a
Second-Line Jazz Wedding Parade
here everyone will be there! It is the most fun for everyone and
they will be talking about it for years to come. We had one couple
not tell anyone and they had a blast. They told us to tell every
couples about the time they had.

hand picked band and N.O.P.D. escorts for your second-line parade, you and
your guests will never forget!

Our 'Grand Marshall and we feel one of the best New Orleans
Second-Line 5 piece Jazz Band! We have been planning these for
over 11 years now.
Because we have a traveling bar tender (Optional) our band knows to go
slow so drinks can be poured.
We also carry the beads on a scooter for all to get and throw!
One of our brides made me promised to tell everyone about the fun they
had 'Just the 2 of them.'
They told no body about their wedding and had about 50 to 60 party goers
jumping in, and dancing in the street! With a police escort
stopping all traffic so the party dose not stop. If your route
goes down Canal St. they stop all (what a sight to see!) We just
took the party down Bourbon St. 8:30 PM on Mardi-Gras (Great fun.)

your choice to hire a professional photographer, however, since we sell
photography we will charge a fee of $75 when you bring a professional
photographer to take photos at your wedding. This charge does not

know the flavor you want! (a note from Rev. Tony 'I went to a lot
of weddings that the couples ordered their own cake and they came
looking great but tasting like cardboard, we found a baker that delivers
fresh, looking great and tasting GREAT!' We stand with our cakes,
no one ever leaves them behind (I am lucky that they give me a small
piece.)

We accept all major credit cards, travelers checks, cash or
money orders. Balance of charges is due 21 days before scheduled wedding date.
If you are calling to book a wedding within 14 days of wedding
total charges are due at time of booking.
Rain:
It will be left to our discretion to change the wedding site from
outdoors to an indoor location in the event of rain. You may also decide
to postpone the wedding to another day. Outdoor weddings during extreme
heat or unusually cold weather will be held inside our discretion.

wedding within 24 hours! J

14 Days cancellation notice required. If not cancelled within 14
days of scheduled ceremony, entire balance becomes non-refundable.

You may postpone your wedding for up to 1 year without penalty by
calling prior to the cancellation date and requesting
postponement.. All monies paid will be used for the
postponed date. Services are non-transferable.
We can provide anything you may
want for your wedding day. There will be a wedding planning fee of
$75.00 per hour when we are needed to plan events that include
services that we do not offer on a normal basis. Please ask when
requiring a service that we do not offer on our rates page. For example: Providing invitations, making
favors, etc....
The chapel contains may collectables and antiques, please be advised
that any breakage will be the responsibility of the bride and groom.
We do love and welcome children. We understand they are a very
important part of your wedding ceremony, but children are the
responsibility of the parents. Parents are expected to control
their children's behavior.
We do our best to make sure you sign in the right places on all
paperwork but if you do not and the paperwork has to be done again
because you did not sign in the right place there will be a one time
charge of $100.00 for time.
